8 Things to Bring to the Dealership When Buying a Car

What to Bring to the Dealership when Buying a Car Finally, the time arrives, and you can purchase your new car and go home and celebrate. But before you can do that, there are certain processes involved, and most of us tend to skip this step because it can get quite boring. But if you want to avoid any issues and streamline the process of buying a car, it's important to know what to bring to the dealership when buying a car. Here is everything you should bring with you to get the paperwork done quickly. A Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required no matter where you go if you want to drive. The dealership will require your valid driver's license, so make sure it is not expired, suspended, or revoked. Proof of Residence: You will also require proving where you live and present that as proof of residence. Some acceptable documents include your recent utility bill, mortgage agreement, and others. Proof of Income: This is one of the most obvious parts, as the dealership will require proof of your income, especially if you apply for a loan. They will need to see whether you have a steady income or not to pay the monthly installments. You can keep your recent paycheck stub that shows your earnings which proves your employment. If you are a self-employed person, then you can show your bank statements and recent tax returns. A List of Personal References: A list of five to eight references who can vouch for you is a must if you're buying a car using a loan or financing through Wyatt Johnson Ford. It's a safety measure and added assurance before you can be loaned the necessary funds to buy your car. Proof of Insurance: Before going to the dealership, make sure that you have all the documents required before taking the delivery. If required, you can contact your agent beforehand to go in there completely prepared with all the documents you need. This will also help you save some time. Payment Method: You could be buying the car through a check, cash, or even a loan. No matter what your payment method is, make sure that you inform the dealership beforehand. In case you are purchasing your new car with the help of a loan, keep all the documents ready. Also, be prepared to spend some additional time in the dealership as you might have to complete a lot of paperwork. Knowledge of Discounts: There may be discounts that you can avail yourself or through your credit card company. Before purchasing your car, make sure to inquire about all the information and the terms and conditions so that you can be more confident about buying that car. Wyatt Johnson Ford always features our latest new and used specials on our website so you always know what is available to you, but don't hesitate to ask our sales team! Keep The Car Buying Process Easy The actual process of buying a car can either be seamless or convoluted. It all depends on your level of knowledge about the said process and the courage to ask your salesperson anything you don't understand. Our sales team at Wyatt Johnson Ford is very friendly and open to any and all questions you may have, so don't be afraid to ask. Just remember to bring all the necessary documents for your buying situation and we'll get you in your new car in no time!

2021 Ford F-150

2021 Ford F-150 The F-150 has been Ford’s most popular vehicle for the last 43 years or more, and there are absolutely no signs of letting up, seeing the 2021 model. While travelling, it keeps its occupants wrapped in a cocoon of absolute comfort and safety. Need we say more? Exterior Appearance: The 2021 Ford F-150 is a completely new model as compared to its previous versions, with several exciting features on the outside and inside. LED headlamps and LED Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) were available on this vehicle earlier, but they can now be seen in new shapes and fitments. It would not be a far cry to compare them with GMC. The DRLs surround the LED headlamps in a gorgeous manner, and though style is subjective, this is likely to appeal to most. For those who have not liked the appearance of chrome on cars, here’s good news. There is no chrome on the sides of the 2021 Ford F-150 XLT. This gives an overall clean appearance to the SUV. Tow hooks can be seen at the bottom of the front bumper. A flat black front grille is the new grille for 2021, which gives the vehicle a rugged look. The XLT comes with color-matched door handles on the sides. It is easy to step into the vehicle using the running board on the side.
