What Is the Ford Z Plan?

The Ford Z Plan is designed for retirees of Wyatt Johnson Ford or Ford Motor Company and provides a discount on a new Ford vehicle. The plan also extends to retirees’ immediate family.

Who Qualifies for the Ford Z Plan?

As a retired Ford employee, you and the following members of your family may qualify for special pricing on new Ford models:

  • Children and grandchildren (including in-laws and stepchildren)
  • Parents/grandparents (including in-laws)
  • Siblings (including in-laws)
  • Same-sex domestic partners
  • Nieces and nephews
