If the vehicle that you buy doesn’t fit your needs in the way you imagined it, you can exchange it for a different one that fits you better as long as you meet these guidelines:
- It’s within five days of purchase
- And there’s less than 200 miles from the date of purchase
When we say we prioritize your happiness, we mean it. The last thing we want is for you to leave the dealership regretting your purchase. Just bring your vehicle back to Wyatt Johnson Ford within five days and less than 200 miles driven from purchasing it and we’ll help you find one that you love.

We will exchange any new or pre-owned vehicle within FIVE days of the original purchase date, if it has been driven less than 200 miles. Saturdays and Sundays are counted in the day five period. If the fifth day falls on a Sunday, the exchange must be completed by the close of business on the previous Saturday. Customer is responsible for bringing back the vehicle to the dealership for exchange. The purchase price will be credited as a trade-in towards the replacement vehicle. If the original transaction included an over allowance for a trade-in, the difference between the allowance and the actual trade cash value will be deducted from the credit towards the replacement vehicle. No exchanges will be granted if the original vehicle is damaged or if there is evidence of abuse. No exceptions will be made for the five-day period or the 200-mile maximum.
^Complimentary pickup/delivery only available within 20 miles of the dealership. At-home test drive only available within 250 miles of the dealership.
