Local Tastes of Nashville

There are two tours to choose from with Local Tastes of Nashville. One takes you through the historic downtown Germantown district. Here you’ll see sights like the Nashville Farmers’ Market, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park and its carillon, and more. The restaurants you sample will vary depending on the day and time of your tour, but you can expect your taste buds to be tantalized by the likes of Nashville barbecue, Mexican favorites with a Southern twist, and sweets and treats galore.

The other starts at Union Station Hotel and winds through the Gulch district. You’ll taste food from five different restaurants and specialty shops along the way, enjoying from-scratch buttermilk biscuit concoctions, seafood, and unique appetizers and shareables.

Day tours are $49 per person. This price includes all food tastings, which is enough food for lunch. Tickets should be purchased in advance.

A Little Local Flavor

Explore Nashville’s historic area during this three-hour walking tour. You’ll stroll from Broadway to Printers Alley, taking in the sights and sounds of this great city, including the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame. You’ll taste foods from four downtown restaurants featuring Nashville hot chicken, Southern barbecue, and other local favorites.

Tickets are $60 per person. The price includes all food tastings, which is enough food for a full meal, plus two alcoholic beverages.
