If you are looking to move to the Nashville area, or just want to find some cool neighborhoods, be sure to check out these three best Nashville neighborhoods.

The Gulch

One of Nashville’s most popular and up-and-coming premium urban areas, the Gulch, is filled with events and happenings for those who like to take advantage of everything a big city has to offer. Food lovers will enjoy the variety of dining options that can be found in the neighborhood. You can enjoy some evening drinks at Bar Louie, sample some sushi at Sunda, enjoy your favorite pizzas at Night Train Pizza, and enjoy some unique cuisine at Moto.

There are also many events to take advantage of in the Gulch. If you are in the mood to enjoy a few laughs, you can stop in to see the Doyle and Debbie Show at The Station Inn or take advantage of a night of music at the Bluegrass Jam or Grimey’s DJ night.

East Nashville

If you are looking for a quaint and cozy neighborhood with some great coffee houses, comfort food, and amazing retail shops, East Nashville is the neighborhood you should check out. The neighborhood of East Nashville is separated by the Cumberland River and has a different vibe from the rest of the city. The area is much more residential and is home to a number of smaller local businesses. Driving around, you will see a number of historic homes that have been converted to restaurants, yoga studios, and a number of cafes, such as Cafe Roze, Barista Parlor, and Five Daughters Bakery.

If shopping is your passion, the neighborhood is home to many small retail shops and boutiques. Some of the most recommended shops in the neighborhood of East Nashville are Vinnie Louise, Gift Horse, Apple and Oak, and Welcome Home.

Brentwood

Brentwood is a unique upscale neighborhood that was built over previous farmland in the city of Nashville. The neighborhood boasts newer and sometimes expansive homes, and the area provides all the comfort of suburban living. The area is home to many great shopping venues and national chains that you will often find in some of the larger malls across the United States.

One of the most unique roads in the neighborhood is Franklin Road, which starts with a variety of retail shops and ends into a picturesque antebellum home and horse farm. You will also find the amenities that you would in many upscale neighborhoods, such as a yacht club and marina located along the banks of Percy Priest Lake and the Cumberland and Stones River.
