Exterior Appearance:
Styling, technology and driving dynamics have all been significantly improved for the 2021 Ford Escape. It doesn’t look as muscular or aggressive or muscular as other American crossovers and is more European in terms of design. The design of this SUV is more robust than its previous generation. High-end LED headlights and LED fog lights are available for the Titan, though other fairings have halogen lights. There will be 17, 18 or 19 inch wheels, also with a new wheel. Heated rear-view mirrors are already available in the basic S model, while there are no longer any indicators built into the mirror in the Titanium. One of the rear styling elements are the partial LED styling taillights, which are standard in all equipment variants. To underline the athletic appearance of the Ford Escape 2021, double exhaust systems are available at the rear. While it gets a generous 7.3-inch ground clearance, it’s not really designed for proper off-road driving, making the Bronco Sport a viable option at a similar price point.
Engine Details:
The 2021 Ford Escape drives more like a car that offers comfort with the ride quality of an SUV. There are two engine options available, one for the lower versions and the other for the Titanium. The lower versions are equipped with a 1.5 liter EcoBoost engine that has been developed. 181 horsepower and 190 lbs.-ft of torque. On the other hand, the Titanium has a 2.0-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine with 250 hp and 280 lbs.-ft of torque. Both were combined with 8-speed automatic transmissions. Ford also offers hybrid and plug-in hybrid engines; expect AWD (All-Wheel-Drive) to be standard on the Titanium and optional on other variants.
Interior Looks:
Buyers would find the vehicles cabin to be greatly spacious at the front and the rear. Interior features include:
- Textured cloth seat upholstery (standard on lower trims),
- Power adjustable heated seats (driver and passenger)
- 12.3 inch digital instrument gauge cluster (Titanium)
- Drive Modes With Unique Appearances
- Memory settings for the driver’s seat (SEL and above)
