- Interior Quality– The F-150’s mid-level trim is good enough to rival the interior quality of the Silverado’s top trim, but the Silverado features a simple, user-friendly design. Compared to Chevrolet, Ford uses high-quality fabrics and plastics in the interior of the F-150. The F-150’s shifter folds down so that the center console lid doubles as a workbench.
